Burger night! So easy. Burgers were in the freezer from the most recent batch. (sage & fennel burger) Dizzle was kind enough to take over fry duty. He put his own spin on it by adding sliced onions to the roasting pan. Delicious! Fries are really all about the dipping sauces for me. I whipped up a quick dill yogurt sauce, ketchup w/ tabasco, and a spicy horseradish mayo. Dizzle faves are mayo w/ hot sauce, and a concoction of mayo, ketchup, and hot sauce (which is actually way better than it sounds!). We also had pickles and tomatoes on the side. Tasty simple Friday night meal.
- 2 TB yogurt
- 1 tsp mayo
- 1 tsp dill
- ¼ tsp beau monde
- Mix all ingredients together. Adjust seasonings to taste.
