Toddler Chicken Patties

These have gone in and out of fashion around here but are currently quite acceptable to the resident toddler, especially with a “dipper”.
This one was simply some roasted chicken (leftover from making stock), egg, mozzarella, and herbs…spun up, formed, and cooked low for about 10 minutes. The first ones were served with a peanut sauce and the next day with a Caesar dressing dip.
