I obviously cheated. No tomatoes were roasted by me for this recipe. Totally quick and easy with help from Muir Glen. Whizzed this all up in the food processor with a little salt for a pizza sauce. *Always do the garlic before adding other ingredients or the cloves will stay in big chunks.
