We had bowls of leftover bolognese topped with these croutons and sliced tomatoes for lunch. YUM Cut 2 slices bread into cubes. Heat ~ 1TB olive oil in skillet on medium. Add bread to pan. Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. Cook and toss until crispy. Great for soups, salads, whatever.
This bowl is all over the place. The 2yo wanted some of the bolognese, so we mixed it with his leftover rotini/tomatoes/olives. I had also just cooked some garbanzos, so we threw some of those in for good measure (and protein). Devoured it.

Second or third verse, almost same as the first. Leftover lamb ragout with penne, dried mint instead of fresh, no fresh tomatoes, extra heat and sriracha.
This was a mix of the garlic white beans with some added pomodoro sauce for a quick soup with french bread.

Today’s task was using at least part of a baguette before it died a slow death on top of the fridge. My choice was croutons for a Caesar salad. Dizzle was the winner because he also used some leftover garlic white beans with parmesan. Mmmmmmm
