Peanut Sauce Dipper
- 1 cup natural unsweetened peanut butter
- ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Combine all ingredients in food processor. Whiz until smooth.
This fits nicely back into a 16 oz jar, leaving only a tablespoon or so remaining for serving or tasting. (The latter if you are working with a 2yo assistant.) This is great with chicken satay, raw veg, or served as a sauce with noodles.
