The 2yo named these peanut butter crumbles. We’ve tried a few different renditions after seeing them on various blogs, but none worked out like I wanted. Finally! This one is not too sweet or sticky or dry or frustrating. The part I REALLY didn’t like about others was pressing it out on a pan, baking, and then crumbling. No thanks. Maybe I need more patience? Anyway… I used a cookie scoop to bring some order to the process. That along with just the right mix of ingredients (for us) made for a successful creation.
