Pad Woon Sen – Take 2

The second attempt at pad woon sen was tasty, but it was not the winner. This time I did use oyster sauce and fish sauce along with soy sauce, lime juice, and honey. It was decent, but we’re still not there. The honey was way off. It wasn’t too sweet, but something about the honey flavor was distracting. Seemed like it wasn’t a good partner for the oyster sauce. Next time I’m leaving it out completely. I suspect I also don’t need the lime juice, but I’m trying to narrow it down by adjusting single ingredients. We’ll see. More pad woon sen in the near future!
