Plans for pad thai in a couple days. I’m out of sauce, so it was time to make another batch. I used the scale this time to measure ingredients, just for kicks.
Pad Thai Sauce (spicy)
- 4 oz lime juice
- 3 oz fish sauce
- 3 oz honey
- 3 oz soy sauce
- .2 oz hot oil (approximately 1 TB)
- 2 pinches hot pepper flakes
- Add all ingredients to bottle and shake until blended.
Pad Thai sauce doesn’t traditionally include soy sauce or hot oil or even honey for that matter (usually sugar), but I like my adaptation. 🙂 Tags: fish sauce, honey, lime, pad thai sauce, recipe, sauces, soy sauce
