Pizza sounds good, but maybe calzones are even better.

I noticed a different variation of pad thai in a cook book. Plus, I can actually get bean sprouts. Yes!

Whenever I get a good avocado I want them all…the…time. We’ll roll the dice with a sweet potato black bean quesadilla meal.

I have panang curry paste. I’ve been distracted with the move and other delicious meals. Time to pay attention to the panang. I think it’s traditionallyh a chicken stew, but we’ll try it with tofu slices.


This is also birthday week for the 3yo sous. I’ve got my eye on a recipe for double chocolate cupcake with fudge frosting recipe. The dude has a serious thing for peaches right now, so I’m thinking of doubling up on the birthday treats with a ginger peach muffin. 🙂
