- 1½ cups cooked garbanzos
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste
- handful fresh parsley, basil, or cilantro
- Add garlic cloves to food processor. Whiz until minced. Add all other ingredients. Whiz until smooth.
- Optional: add ¼ cup water for thinner consistency.
