Ingredients
  • 1½ cups cooked garbanzos
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • handful fresh parsley, basil, or cilantro
Instructions
  1. Add garlic cloves to food processor. Whiz until minced. Add all other ingredients. Whiz until smooth.
  2. Optional: add ¼ cup water for thinner consistency.
