This is the regular hummus with the addition of about a 1/2 cup of kalamata olives thrown in with the garlic at the beginning. I’ve been in a wrap mood lately, so I went with it. This one is made with a sprouted grain tortilla, shredded carrots, spinach, and the olive hummus that was heated until lightly browned in a dry pan.
I have trouble with sprouted tortillas because they always seem to rip apart when I’m trying to roll them. This time I nuked them in the microwave for 30 seconds prior to assembly, and that really helped.Tags: carrots, hummus, olives, plant based, recipe, spinach, wrap
