I think I’ll call our bread “everything” because it quite literally has almost everything in it found on the baking shelf! This one was a repeat of last time with the addition of rosemary. Ingredients review: butter, brown sugar, quick oats, spelt flour, soy flour, wheat bran, flax meal, pecan meal, pepitas, sesame seeds, amarinth, sunflower seeds, yeast, white flour, water.
Cost: better estimate coming soon. Best guess is around $1.00/loaf, probably less.
Time: 20 minutes gathering and mixing. Rise for an hour unattended. Dump. Rise another hour unattended. Bake 45 minutes.
