Pizza Sauce
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 2-4 cloves garlic (to taste)
- herbs (1 tsp dried oregano or basil, or fresh herbs of choice like thyme, oregano, basil, tarragon)
- Add garlic to food processor and whiz to mince. Add all other ingredients. Whiz until smooth.
