Ingredients
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • salt & pepper to taste (along with red pepper flakes)
  • 1 cup butternut squash & kale
Instructions
  1. Prepare oatmeal according to package instructions. (Heat stock to boiling. Add oats. Cook for approximately 1 minute.)
  2. Add butternut squash and kale. Cook just until heated.
