5 Spice Granola

Ingredients
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • ½ cup wheat germ
  • 1½ cups raw mixed nuts and/or unsweetened dried bananas
  • ½ cup mixed seeds
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 TB oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp 5 spice
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 250.
  2. Add mixed nuts and dried bananas to food processor and pulse until chopped.
  3. Add all ingredients to large bowl. Toss to combine.
  4. Pour mixture onto rimmed baking sheet. (parchment paper optional)
  5. Bake for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.
