Veg Burgers

Ingredients
  • 1 onion
  • 2 handfuls baby carrots
  • 1 TB oil
  • 2 TB chia, soaked in ½ cup warm water
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1½ cups garbanzos, cooked and drained
  • 2 sprigs basil
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup seeds
  • 1 TB soy sauce
  • 1 TB worstershire sauce
  • salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Whiz onion and carrots in the food processor until chopped. Saute with oil until tender. Whiz oats in food processor to make "flour". Chop almonds in the food processor. Add beans, basil, soy sauce, and worstershire sauce to food processor and whiz until smooth. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Divide into 8 patties. Cook on medium/low heat for approximately 5 minutes on each side until browned.
