Groceries

I rarely even want these ingredients, but there were no shallots or colored fingerlings in town today. 🙁 I also didn’t find tamarind paste, but I had low expectations for that one anyway. Oh well. Easy to substitute! Onion/garlic, potatoes, lime juice…. no problem.
