Another Marinara

The little guy is big into pizza this week, so we made another sauce. Nice excuse to use some of that big batch of pesto.

Ingredients
  • 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • ¼ cup pesto
Instructions
  1. Whiz all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cost: ~ $3.50

It’s a diverse sauce, so number of servings will depend on how it’s used. This batch would make approximately 6 pizzas.
