More hotel food… and by the way…I’m obsessed with this salad. (Lame photo. Much prettier when it’s actually a salad :)) I try not to eat it every day so I don’t get burned out on it. It’s currently in the rotation with leftovers and kale oatmeal.
Cabbage Salad Dressing
- ¼ cup sesame oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce, low sodium
- ¼ cup hot oil, or any plain oil
- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp ginger
- Add all ingredients to bottle and shake.
I added sesame seeds to this one, just for the heck of it. I would have used fresh ginger, but there was none in the house. Great as a dressing for a big bowl of cabbage slaw topped with a few walnuts and sliced almonds.
