Asian Cabbage Salad Dressing

More hotel food… and by the way…I’m obsessed with this salad. (Lame photo. Much prettier when it’s actually a salad :)) I try not to eat it every day so I don’t get burned out on it. It’s currently in the rotation with leftovers and kale oatmeal.

Cabbage Salad Dressing
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce, low sodium
  • ¼ cup hot oil, or any plain oil
  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp ginger
  1. Add all ingredients to bottle and shake.

I added sesame seeds to this one, just for the heck of it. I would have used fresh ginger, but there was none in the house. Great as a dressing for a big bowl of cabbage slaw topped with a few walnuts and sliced almonds. YUM
